Shipping & delivery

We prepare orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 leave that same day; the rest, the next working day. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the carrier picks up the parcel.

Times are the carrier's estimates and count from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse, not from the moment you place the order.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

These shipments leave VAT-free because those territories fall outside the scope of the tax. In exchange, local customs may charge IGIC or IPSI plus a clearance fee, paid by the recipient on delivery. We cannot anticipate that amount: customs sets it.

Tracking

The dispatch email includes a tracking link. You can also find it in your account, in the order details.

If the parcel does not arrive

If three working days have passed beyond the estimated time, write to hola@demo.inaishop.dev with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and, if the parcel is declared lost, we will send you a new one or refund you: your choice.

Delivery and visible damage

Check the parcel in front of the courier. If the packaging is clearly damaged, note it on the delivery slip before signing and tell us the same day with a photo: with that note, the claim against the carrier gets resolved in days instead of weeks.
